delivery for a vertically integrated children's and junior specialty chain

of 270 stores located within Russia and Ukraine. Managing offshore sourcing

and production, as well as, 11 wholly owned factories in Russia and 3 in

the Ukraine for production of knitwear and woven's for juniors and

children's apparel.

. Transformed the Ukraine factories to knitwear production, in order to

consolidate and transfer knitwear production, washing and finishing

from Russia, which became woven facilities.

Hanes Branded Apparel 2005-2007

Direct responsibility for sourcing and production for all Hanes Branded

Apparel for men's, ladies and children's and including: Intimates,

Underwear, Sportswear and Hosiery. Direct reporting of Hanes Branded

Apparel International Offices providing support for sourcing, production,

fabric research and product development for USA distribution, as well as

sales and marketing for the International markets.

. Established strategy for transformation of USA manufacturing units to

wholly owned overseas factories in the Americas, China, Vietnam and

Bangkok.

. Purchased a fabric converter located in Hong Kong, which was transformed

into a fabric procurement company for Hanes Brands by opening 3 offices

throughout China to provide sourcing and quality assurance for all fabric

purchases.

. Purchased foundations factory in Thailand to begin the transformation and

integration of Hanes manufacturing from the America's to Asia.

. Merchandising and product development oversight for C9 by Champion,

exclusive to Target with an annual volume of $275.0M realized in the

second year of the launch, and projected 2008 volume of $1.5B.

. Centralized sourcing for all Hanes brands through 10 wholly owned offices

in Asia and the Middle East.

. Oversight for sales and marketing for International sales in Asia and

Europe.

Global marketing consultants focused on the fashion apparel and home

industries. Direct oversight for merchandising, design, product

development, marketing, licensing and brand management projects for retail

worldwide sourcing, strategic and financial planning services for retailers

SEARS & ROEBUCK, CO. Chicago, IL

2002 - 2004

SVP, Brand Development and Worldwide Sourcing

Directed from Design to Delivery, for $3.5 billion of Sears Private Brands,

encompassing RTW, Men's and Children's Apparel, Soft Home and Decorative

Accessories. Responsible for the management and operations of Sears

Overseas Offices located in 23 countries, which source and manage

production for all Sears Private Brands, (Appliances, Accessories, Fine

Jewelry and Watches, Hardlines and Softlines) as well as, Sears Canada, and

The Great Indoors. In addition, Sears operated its own testing facilities

in Hong Kong and at the home office

Total staff included 500 overseas and 170 at the home office: fashion

design, cad, technical design, product development, finance, graphics,

customs, technicians, and sourcing.

. Launched Covington for apparel which within two years became a $500

million brand. Re-launched Canyon River Blues for juniors, young men's

and children's, which grew from $50 to $250 million in volume, within 18

months, and Whole Home that contributed $250 million within 12 months.

. Reduced claims as a percent to total shipments from 1.2% to .05%, by

hiring outstanding quality assurance management team and support staff

within each country of production. Also narrowed the vendor structure

based upon performance in support of each merchandise category.

. Developed merchandising and marketing plans jointly with management in

support of all private brand programs.

. Restructured overseas offices in support of businesses, and reduced

operating costs by 25%.

. Organized product development and support staff by brand for Apparel and

Home Fashions. This allowed for greater efficiency, and design focus and

resulted in an expense reduction of 15%, a sales volume increase of 25%,

and an improved profit margin of 5 points.

. Established a fabric division overseas for research, sourcing and quality

control.

. Created a fashion office in support of design for trend and color

forecasting.

. Developed business plan in support of on-line direct business to customer

for Sear's private brands.

LINMARK, New York, NY 1999 - 2002

Co-Founder of G-Xmart, President & CEO,

Direct responsibility for sales and marketing and Linmark's sourcing

structure to service its North American customer base with a first cost

shipment volume of $1.5B USD.. Joined Linmark to assist in the transition

and restructuring of Linmark when it was purchased from Hudson Bay by Roly

International, and to launch a B2B Sourcing Exchange.

. Developed a Digital B2B Marketplace providing a real-time

collaborative trading platform for buyers and sellers with a point of

access to a worldwide network. Gxmart provided "brick to clicks"

sourcing access for buyers and vendors.

. Re-organized Linmark's 15 offices located in the Pacific Rim, India

Subcontinent & Africa resulting in an expense reduction of 10% and an

increase in volume of 30%.

. Launched a sourcing platform for Linmark to provide to their clients

full product costing, order and production follow up and tracking of

all pre-production functions.

FEDERICK ATKINS, New York, NY (Promoted and transferred from AMC for

merger) 1997 - 1999

President & CEO

P&L responsibility for a product development/buying office wholly owned by

U.S. and International Department Stores, with combined FOB volume in

excess of $1.2B USD and retail sales of $14.0B. Directed all merchandising,

design and product development, sales and marketing for apparel including

men's, ladies and children's, accessories and home store lines. Managed an

executive staff of 9 overseeing 250 employees. Key decision-maker in

strategic planning and international/domestic business development.

. Reduced operating expenses by 25% through corporate reorganization and

operational restructuring.

. Increased store-by-store volume by 15% in less than 2 years by refocusing

and improving product offerings.

. Transformed the company from an archaic computer system to a state-of-the
