1/89- 2007 James Dendor & Associates, McHenry, Illinois Information system
designer, Operations consisted of a national real estate
appraisal firm with offices in the field offices in the U.S and
a core data integration hub in New Delhi India. The network
system process was custom-built application based server farm,
which seamlessly integrate client relations, and U.S field
personnel with back office data operations in India. The system
provided substantial appraisal process backbone support for U.S
financial intuitions. With the financial crises of 2007
appraisal process operations ceased while network cable design
became the primary focus.

construction/Field technician,
Utilized HVAC, plumbing, electrician, and carpentry skills for
the full site build outs and the installation of coin laundry
equipment. Provided field diagnostics, repair and preventive
maintenance for various types of laundry equipment and
supporting equipment throughout the northern portion of
Illinois.
