UX/IT Projects: Managed developing the Korean HULU web application -

Data Warehouse Projects: Participated as a technical leader to the revenue

business user to the billing activity BI project where TS department and

Accenture come together - JAD, identify needs, establish requirements, ETL,

OLAP Cubes, and MicroStrategy.

Business Intelligence Reporting Tools: Designed and developed sales

transaction reports using the SSRS. Collaborated with TS department in

developing revenue cycle reports using the Cognos. Designed and developed

billing activity reports using the MicroStrategy.

Data Analysis: Received revenue cycle and billing activity data from

participating members, validated data, processed data, and pushed into data

warehouse. Pulled out data from data warehouse (several Terabyte) and

performed ad-hoc analysis. Collected data through semi-structured

interviews, used affinity diagram, and analyzed the information using the

IBM EZSort MSI software.

SQL: Developed revenue cycle data processing stored procedure and DTS/SSIS.

Optimized billing activity data processing stored procedure and saved 1

hour per member. Pull out data from data warehouse (several Terabyte) and

generated routine, ad-hoc reports, and RVU benchmarks.

MS Access & VB: Automated desktop billing activity reports and saved 600

hours per year. Developed data integrity application for revenue cycle and

billing activity data. Found the root cause of billing activity data

processing application and fixed.

Part Time Faculty: Taught web design, database, program languages, and

computer system courses.
