2009 - 2011 Murnick Property Group - 777 West State Street, Trenton, N. J.

Superintendent: Responsible for all maintenance repairs of a 89 unit

apartment hi-rise building. Maintained and operated (3) 60 horse powered

boilers, assisted staff with daily building operations including plumbing

repairs, electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs including common areas,

grounds keeping and seasonal snow removal. Also assisted all inspectors

on building tours; Fire inspector, Elevator inspector, Health inspector etc.

2005 - 2009 James A. Degnan House - 430 Main Street, West Orange N. J.

Superintendent: Responsible for all maintenance related responsibilities

of a 150 unit apartment building. On-call for 24 hour emergencies with

use of an emergency cell phone. Maintained and operated (2) 100 horse .

power boilers. Also handled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC

troubleshooting and repairs, apartment leasing turnover preparation as

well as oversee work performed by outside contractors on an as needed basis.

2004 - 2005 Westminster / AIMCO - 4582 S. Ulster Parkway, Suite 100, Denver, CO

Superintendent: River Club Apartments, 105 Light House Terrace,

Edgewater, N. J. Solely in charge of all maintenance responsibilities

for a 266 unit Luxury Waterfront Apartment Building. Twenty-four hour

on-call emergency pager with duties including carpentry repairs, plumbing,

Electrical and routine maintenance request. Also assisted outside contractors

with apartment preparation in addition to other related duties as required.

1999 - 2003 Hekemian & Company Inc. - 500 Main Street, Hackensack, N. J.

Resident Manager: Carlyle Apartments, 380 Prospect Ave., Hackensack NJ

Managed all aspects of a 150 unit Luxury High Rise apartment building.
