Aug ’10 – Cur Accounting Manager, Cryotech International – a Division of Chart Inc. San

Jose, CA.

Company was acquired by Chart Inc. effective August 3, 2010. Report directly to Director of Business

Strategy and Analysis. Responsible for AR and AP functions as well as maintaining the General Ledger,

sub Ledgers and making adjusting journal entries to roll up to division for month end reporting, required

integrating activity from Cryotech’s financials to Chart’s book of record. Worked with a core group to

implement JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP system.

Aug ’06 – Aug ‘10 Accounting Manager, Cryotech International, Inc. San Jose, CA

Reported directly to Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for AR and AP functions as well as maintaining

the General Ledger, sub Ledgers and made all month end adjusting journal entries for the monthly

financial preparation using Syteline MRP/ERP software in a multi-site environment, part of the team that

implemented the MRP/ERP system Syteline which went live 6/1/07. Prepared and filed all reporting

required by the bank in support of asset based lending. Adhere to US GAAP standards. Managed all on

site audits; CPA year end, bank and sales tax audits. Utilize Fidelity e-Workplace for payroll entry and

reporting.

Feb ’01 – Aug ‘06 Materials Manager. Cryotech International, Inc. San Jose, CA

Reported directly to President and CEO. Worked with all departments to ensure product available for on

time shipments. Responsible for implementing part numbers and the initial operational/inventory system,

V6, as well as working with Engineering in developing Bills of Material. Responsible for maintaining

inventory value and count accuracy. Worked with top vendors to ensure best pricing received on

materials.

Jan ’98 – Feb ‘01 Operations Manager, Ryder Integrated Logistics, Tracy, CA

Promoted and transferred from the transportation services division. Reported directly to Senior Logistics

Manager. Oversaw an account that generated $1.3 million in revenues with 10 drivers and 1 part-time

clerk. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss and administrative functions. Primary customer

contact for John Morrell & Company in Northern California.

Jun ’96 – Jan ’98 Rental Supervisor, Ryder Transportation Services, San Jose, CA

Largest branch in the San Francisco Bay Customer Business unit with rental revenues in excess of two

million dollars. Responsible for revenue and margin performance of location. Supervised 2 full-time and

2 part-time employees, responsible for human resources administration. Interacted with all departments,

performed marketing functions, and ensured exceptional customer service.

Responsible for revenue and margin performance of location. Reported directly to District Rental
