cloning, RNA interference, protein extraction, differential detergent
extraction, Nikon fluorescent microscope analysis, HPLC, size exclusion
chromatography, experience with spectrophotometer, spectrofluorometer, and
microplate reader, ultracentrifugation, gas-liquid chromatography, lipid
extraction, assorted enzyme assays, SDS-PAGE, Blue Native PAGE, and
