Objective
I specialize in the hospitality industry. I would love to one day work comfortably at a hotel as a hotel
manager, or someone who plays an important role in a hotel. I've been doing customer service based
jobs since the age of 16, and found it to be my biggest passion. I love consulting customers about their
needs, their schedules, and any service I'm able to give them.
Qualifications
I’ve served for Steak n Shake restaurants, so I know I’m able to take orders and retain very good
memory. I’ve also been in the customer service field since age 16 with constant success in
customer satisfaction and problem solving. I’m fluent in Spanish, being that I’m half Cuban and
half Nicaraguan, which expands the type of clients and customers I’m able to serve. Full customer
service skills when it comes to orders, any issues that might arise, and being able to read customer
personalities to determine how to treat them (meaning whether to be a little personable or not,
according to the customer preference). Live by the motto - “I kill with kindness”.
