International Security and Asstance Forces (ISAF) Afghanistan, ISAF Joint

Staff Director, Counter Intelligence and Security Office (DAC), Directorate

for Mission Services

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Clarendon, Virginia (2009 - 2010)

Provided multi-faceted counterintelligence, security and antiterrorism

support to the Defense Intelligence Agency and other Department of Defense

organizations as a supervisor of DAC headquarter operations. Directly

supervised seven speciality-skilled personnel providing integral

communications for all aspects of the day to day operations of seven

divisions, 600 counter intelligence and security personnel managed by

senior level supervisors. Exercises technical and administrative

supervision over a team of counter intelligence and security personnel

providing for effectiveness and efficiency of office operations and

the CMPC-Q representative to the base (Camp Asiliyah) Public Works and was

Supervisory Staff Officer/ Deputy Chief, Director's Support Group, Defense

Intelligence Agency (DIA), Pentagon, Washington, DC 2004 - 2005

As an action officer for DIA senior leadership planned, coordinated, and

organized large-scale projects. Managed the cooperative efforts of

personnel, providing leadership, direction, and hands-on management for a

10 person staff. Provided overall administrative and logistical support to

the Director, Deputy Director and Chief of Staff (CS) of the DIA. On a

Staff Officer, Defense Intelligence Agency

Pentagon, Washington, DC (2002 - 2004)

As Headquarters/Agency-level Staff Officer led the effort for administering

regulatory publications, Memorandums of Understanding, and Director Policy

statements, with agency-wide and time sensitive implications. Directly

initiated and managed the planning, controlling, analyzing and coordination

of all DIA draft policy documents prior to formal codification. Provided

technical guidance, reviews, and edits, while controlling the entire

staffing process prior to signage by the Director or Chief of Staff.

Performed detailed analysis on a continual basis for all existing policies

to ensure their continued compliance. Regarded as the Agency's subject

35 weekly lunches, dinners and receptions hosted by

the Secretary of Defense honoring foreign and domestic dignitaries, the

President of the United States and his Cabinet, and members of Congress.

profile visits including such events as the nationally televised ceremony

internationally by providing global transportation support to the Secretary

Conferencing and Dining Facilities

Stuggart, Germany (1994 -1996)

As the senior manager in charge of the VIP dining facility in which the

Commander in Chief EUCOM hosted ambassadors, heads of state, flag officers

and other key foreign leaders directly supervised a joint staff of four

senior chefs from the Navy, Army and Air Force. As the leader and resident

expert, established priorities, set performance standards, coordinated work

schedules/menu and reviewed the quality of work. Administratively managed

billing accounts for over 160 locally assigned members and coordinated 6-10

daily VIP/Host Nation meetings. Customized each event to properly

accommodate visiting VIPs and provided all administrative and logistical

support from concept to execution.
