Employment:

2006-present Warehouse Supervisor, Americold Logistics

Manage and supervise 15 to 20 associates. Ensure proper loading and

unloading of trailers in a timely fashion. Handle issues and concerns

pertaining to outside carriers, assist with arrival and placement of rail

cars, ensure all associates are successful in meeting job time standards

and follow all SOP's for their required duties. When necessary, counsel

associates to help them improve their abilities and be successful in their

employment. In addition, arrive one hour prior to scheduled start of shift

to set up work for the day, discuss any issues from previous shift, print

schedule of all incoming/outgoing trailers, and handle any other issues

that may arise during the shift.

2006. Forklift operator, Orefield Cold Storage

Pull orders from pick sheets. Ensure correct amount picked for completed

order, wrap, placard and stage pallets for loading on outbound trailers.

Unload inbound trailers utilizing forklift equipment. Assist co-workers

with completing tasks to ensure all job time standards are met in a timely

fashion.
