and organizing Wellness events such Fairs, annual flu shot clinics,

Lee National Denim Day and Weight Watchers at Work programs

. Recently implemented employee benefits database in ADP/HR/B,

entering data, performing data compare analysis to ensure accuracy;

this was a new self-serve product for open enrollment this year

Retirement Plans

. Distribute enrollment materials to eligible employees,

communicate elections to third-party administrator and update

payroll records

. Organize quarterly meetings with investment advisor and

employees to discuss investment options and retirement goals

. Prepare e-mail announcements for firm regarding quarterly

investment and salary deferrals changes, collect forms, communicate

investment changes to third-party administrator, update payroll with

new salary deferral elections

. Work with third-party administrator to assist employees with

rollovers, distributions and loans, and maintain records

. Responsible for calculating the unfunded pension earnings and

top heavy retirement contributions for retired partners at year-end,

update payroll records

. Review bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payroll containing

401(k) contributions and

loan payments, prepare reports and wire transfers to bank

. Secretary to the Pension Plan Committee, organize meetings,

take Minutes, prepare reports and gather data at the request of the

Committee

. Responsible for communications between employees and Pension

Plan Committee regarding fund changes, etc.

. Prepare trial balance statements for 401(k) and Money Purchase

Plans, work with auditors on annual pension plan audit

Payroll

. Regularly update payroll with benefits changes, new

enrollments, etc.

. Create various Human Resources and Benefits reports using Excel

and ADP ReportSmith to ensure enrollment and billing accuracy

. For 1-1/2 years, fully responsible for bi-weekly and monthly

payrolls for 300+ employees using ADP/Payroll and ADP/HR Profile in

PCPW (currently use PayX and HR/B)

Recruiting & Hiring

. Place ads for open positions in-house, online and with local

newspapers and work with recruiting agencies, screen resumes, make

recommendations to Director of HR or other manager.

. Administer testing, interview candidates and check references

. Prepare offer letter and coordinate and participate in new hire

orientation

. Set-up benefits file, collect forms, set-up employee in OnQue COBRA

program for

HIPAA and COBRA letters, mail letters and make copies for their

file
