30% workforce reduction, through re alignment of job assignments and restructuring workstations.

$80k/month realization by reducing virgin raw material usage, and incorporating reprocessed material into

the blends.

Installation and start up of 2 high speed state of the art extrusion lines.

Worked with BNSF and material handlers to eliminate demerge and 50% of railcar placement charges.

Entered a ‘constructive placement’ program, where only on site cars moved out of line would be charged.

Reduced department scrap rates from a 7% average, to a 4% average.
