Recruitment:
Handling the recruitment team (Sourcing, Hiring, Staffing, Talent
Acquisition Etc).
. Excellent knowledge about the Business of the Organization.
. Identify the various resources for hiring and select the best one
based on "Cost Effectiveness" and "Urgency".
. Clarity of competencies and the role a new hire is expected to play.
. Interacting with the departmental heads to identify the Manpower
