Manage the daily operations of a restaurant and catering
company. Duties include managing over sixty (60) staff members,
weekly labor scheduling, payroll, vendor relations and accounts
payable, product costing, menu development and pricing,
maintaining POS system and other general duties. This experience
has allowed me to develop skills related to decision making,
conflict management, resource management and other
entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities included developing and maintaining sales and
presenting new products and ideas that would enable my food
