- Created partnership between Community Development department and
corporate sponsor with "Deuce's Birthday Club." Participation by over
2,700 children within two years of launch and ticket sales increased

- Improved RoughRiders Foundation scholarship program application
process and broadened requirements. Applications increased from 10
per year to 300+ per year with these improvements.
