(Force Protection Supervisor) Secret Clearance June 08
Duties include the shift supervision of up to 24 Force Protection
Specialists who are posted at 15 fixed tower perimeter positions and 2
hardened vehicle access points that access a large U.S. Army installation.
Our mission is to protect U.S. Soldiers, U.S. Government employees, multi-
National Military Contingencies and Local National Host workforces. My
daily focus is maintaining a high level of accountability by the
supervision of Force Protection specialists whose focus is overseeing the
searching of large commercial vehicles, tactical vehicles, armored vehicles
and operators for harmful devices (I.E.D.) and contraband. I am directly
responsible for ensuring that all employees are capable of forcefully
deterring and quickly reacting to any threats placed upon this facility by
any person, terrorist element or harmful object such as explosive devices.
Daily I conduct pre guard mount briefings and training that includes
weapons safety, battle drills, and general knowledge topics. I generate
reports, organize schedules and conduct on site performance analysis of
Force Protection Specialists posted in my Area of Responsibility.

My team executed warrants, both military and civilian, working daily with
local police authorities. Responsibilities included protection of
classified material, personnel and U.S. Navy assets. I was in charge of
training new and seasoned officers, both Navy and civilian officers in anti
terrorism tactics, Navy Combat operations, Police tactics, self defense,
Special Response Team, Building Entry and Clearing. My duty station
presented many opportunities to grow professionally, Liaisons with the U.S.
Coast Guard, D.E.A, and many state and local agencies in regards to
training, operations, and anti terrorism tactics allowed me exposure to a
vast range of training, and multi agency cross training. My certifications
are Police officer, Watch Commander, Field Training Officer, and Naval
Investigator. The training was composed of advanced self defense, armed and
un-armed, weapons of mass destruction, combat driving tactics, transporting
of high explosives and Close personnel protection of high ranking Navy
Officers and civilians.

services to government institutions such as Prisons, Jails, Texas dept of
public safety, drug task forces, and Municipal agencies. My duties included
