Currently I am filling the role of front office assistant.
This position requires me to be able to perform all
office duties at any given time. That could include the
collection and storage of demographic and insurance
information, collecting and handling payments, answering
phones, completing and filing medical records, scheduling,
and whatever duties are necessary during any given day. All
of this is completed while giving a high level of customer
service.

As a representative of Fidelity Investments, I delivered
excellent customer service. My responsibilities included
providing investment options and distribution choices. Also,
I provided education regarding retirement needs, enabling
them to make informed decisions. Identifying and assisting
with any service issue in an in-bound call center
environment.
Hertz Corporation
Customer Service Representative 07/00-05/04
Representing Hertz required me to assist all customers in every
aspect of car rental. I provided excellent customer service
while guiding customers through the entire rental process. I
was able to provide rental paperwork, screen vehicles for
routine maintenance, prepared cars for customer rental, as
well as examining and returning any rented vehicle. As a
result of my experience I was also assigned the task of
training new employees. I excelled in the company sponsored
incentive program in which I personally grossed revenue of
$130,000.
