distribution costs through volume purchasing of similarly designed Hum Vee

military vehicle alternators, strong payment terms negotiations, and

reduced freight through local sources.

( C.E. NIEHOFF & CO.: Improved supplier base through strategic sourcing and

consolidation of military use OEM parts suppliers leaving only extremely

qualified multi-skilled vendors, driving a 10% reduction in nonconforming

material rejections and associated production delays / line stoppages

injection molded parts (including raw materials such as polyethylene HDPE,

Administered $66 million in purchasing contracts. Developed global

purchasing strategy (domestic, Turkey and Italy), and managed contract

process including opportunity analysis, assessment, sourcing, supplier

selection, and implementation. Prepared purchase orders in Fourth Shift
