During the past 20 years as an ES&H Consultant-Trainer, ES&H Manager, Risk
Manager, Project Safety Specialist and Project Safety Manager I have
written all required OSHA programs and developed the corresponding training
programs for thirty plus companies. Preformed two hundred plus hazard
abatement inspections for companies throughout the United States. Reduced
Workers' Compensation costs, Injury and Accident and Loss Time Accident
ratios.

Risk Management
Responsible for the safety and health of facility, field service and
construction personnel. Manage and coordinate programs, ensure accuracy of
reporting and records, perform incident/accident analysis, assess
prevention opportunities, forecast regulatory impact on company operations,
and coordinate professional development with respect to environmental,
occupational health and safety matters.
Product Safety
Member of corporate product safety committees. Advised committee of
existing and potential occupational safety hazards in regards to products.
Advised in the redesign and/or removal of these hazards.
Chemical Management
Responsible for the inventorying, identification, proper use and disposal
of all chemicals/hazardous waste. Management of the hazardous communication
program, emergency training, EPCRA program, review of chemicals prior to

labeling/recordkeeping, and SARA compliance program.
Ergonomics
Performed time and motion studies. Trained supervisors in recognition and
early preventive measures for Cumulative Trauma Disorders. Implemented
awareness training program for back injury prevention.

Developed policy and implemented prevention and education program,
oversight of "for-cause" and post accident testing program.
