associated asset purchase agreement, patent license agreement, and
sourcing agreement.
. Received an award for devising a product-for-product arrangement with a
financially-distressed entity that was both a critical supplier to and
customer of Kodak. Such arrangement prevented Kodak from losing $500,000
during such entity's reorganization in bankruptcy.
. Led an outsourcing project involving the multinational supply of
components to contract manufacturers of Kodak's digital cameras. The
activity saved Kodak over $1.3 million in calendar year 2002. By 2007,
the selected supplier did over $80 million of business with Kodak
annually and was one of Kodak's top 10 suppliers in terms of annual
spend.
. Negotiated and drafted a contract involving the provision of supply chain
services to Kodak in China. The agreement saved Kodak approximately
$900,000 in calendar year 2002.
