Responsibilities included, but not limited to daily document control,
maintaining current employee and equipment certifications . Implemented
programs that resulted in the company savings thousands of dollars by
utilizing in house calibrations. Acted as liaison between company and
external vendors by interpreting 5CT. Using my extensive knowledge of OCTG
I played a critical role in Arctic Pipe Inspection obtaining their Q1
certification from API. This certification is recognized worldwide and
Arctic Pipe Inspection is the only company holding this certification.
Responsible for daily operators and SEA personnel set-up procedures to
assure compliance that customers specification were being implemented. Held
weekly safety meetings with employees and emphasized importance of
utilizing safety equipment and proocedures.

Reported directly to senior vice-president. Implemented quality control
standards that were adopted throughout the company. Co-developer of
equipment that inspected tubular products using electro-magnetic and
ultrasonic principles with computer display and data management.
Streamlined conveying technology to reduce manpower and safety concerns.
Acted as liaison between British Petroleum, Shell, Exxon and most major oil
companies to ensure customer specifications were met. Developed procedures
for on-site testing before customer equipment was completed for their
specific use. Trained local employees on the daily operation and
maintenance of their equipment. Traveled to equipment location site to
repair any problem and reported back to management on methods to
improvement the equipment. Participated in pre-development meetings to
insure all customer specific directives were adhered to.

quality control system for components before acceptance from vendors.
Managed 32 Union employees in the Houston facility and improved
productivity by 23 percent. Developed series on on-site testing of all oil
tools before delivery to customers.
