1999 To Present Property Accounting Technician Supervisor (United

States Army Installations)

. Senior supervisor of property accounting management,

administrative processes, and supply operations. Managed

property accountability at both the Brigade, Battalion,

and Company levels within various types of Army

organizations. Equipment and supplies valued at 24 to 40

million dollars.

. Analyzed DA Messages, Army Regulations (ARs), Department

of Army Pamphlets, and logistics policies in order to

advise Headquarters' leadership and subordinate units'

Commanders of accountability and supply management.

. Provided guidance in general management of Army

properties and Supply Operating Policies (SOPs),

coordinate with external and internal agencies for

equipment fielding's too include New Equipment Training

(NET) for Army personnel on new fielded equipment into

the Army's inventory system.

. Assisted and advised the Logistics Officers' on daily

activities of the logistics operations and the Command

Supply Discipline Program.

. Ensured timely submissions of required inventories

reports of issued properties, schedule assistance visits

with subordinate unit supply personnel to ensure

compliance with applicable Army Regulations, DA

Pamphlets, Supply Operating Procedures, and Commander's

policies for property accountability.

. Monitored and reviewed units' contracts for compliance

with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), too

include local purchases of commercial products not

listed in the Army's inventory system.

. Scope of duties: Purchased, received, inspected,

inventoried, loaded, unloaded and segregated, stored,

issued, shipped and turned-in supplies and equipment

(excess, FWT, obsolete).

level computer based software system at both Battalion

. Supervised and directed supply personnel in supply

purchases and food service provisions for Reserve
