MI ( 2001-Present

Provide operational direction and leadership over 17 locations throughout

Michigan and the Midwest, supervising a team of eight in performing all

administrative functions including vendor negotiations, accounts payable,

sales, inventory control, and overall general business flow.

. Secured $4.5 million in cost savings over a three-year period through

the fostering of positive vendor relationships allowing for favorable

negotiations targeting pricing, contract terms, rebates, and bulk spot

buys.

. Transformed inventory accuracy rates from a highly inaccurate 1% over

$7.5 million to .0005% on inventory spread over 17 locations.

. Led the seamless transition from an outdated DOS based software system
