Job Title Project Metallurgist with Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML)

2011 (Present) Attached with copper and gold concentrate production support projects team.

Priority areas are copper flotation plant optimisation projects, gravity gold

recovery projects and pyrite flotation optimisation projects.

Jun 2009-2010 Conducted Metallurgical Definite-Feasibility testwork for the Mine Life Extension

Program. Various ore types tested to determine their metallurgical responses. The

types of test conducted were: Rougher Flotation Tests, Rougher Cleaner Recleaner

Flotation Tests, Locked Cycle Flotation Tests, Ore Aging Flotation Tests, p80

Determination Tests, Fluorine Reverse Flotation Tests, Pyrite Flotation Tests and

Sulphurisation Tests.

Oct 2008-May 2009 Conducted a series of concentrator optimisation projects such as: 3” Knelson

Concentrator Test, 12” Knelson Concentrator Pilot Plant test, Pyrite Concentrator

Commissioning Tests, Fluorine rejection projects, grinding and flotation plant

surveys and grinding and concentrator monitoring activities.

Sep 2007-Sep 2008 Conducted Metallurgical Pre-Feasibility Testwork. The types of test conducted were

similar to those tests done for the Definite Feasibility Study and additional tests

include Copper Concentrate Filtration Test and Copper Concentrate Settling Test.

Job Title Graduate Metallurgist with OTML

Jul-Aug 2007 Carried out Flash Flotation optimisation surveys and grinding survey to determine

factors contributing to poor performance of flash flotation.

Mar-Jun 2007 Shift Metallurgist, overseeing overall plant metallurgical performances,

participating in routine plant monitoring activities and providing daily shift reports.

Flotation fluorine survey to monitor plant performance and to predict fluorine

rejection plans.

Sep-Dec 2006 Participated in routine Metallurgical Laboratory activities especially with flotation of
