Submitting all status changes (including salary maintenance) on a timely basis for proper processing; coding invoices to the

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Created and implemented personal computer program eliminating manual posting of invoices
which is useful for developing analysis of actual versus budgeted departmental cost; researched and compared vendors and
cost for office supplies, resulting in a minimum average of 24.53% savings after changing primary suppliers; developed
"Absenteeism Program" on PC for easy access of attendance records, which proved helpful for accumulating data for
disciplinary action.
