territory relationships with Independent Manufactures Sales Representatives, Utilities, Engineering and Architectural firms, and
Commercial end users promoting sales growth in each territory of the Region. The Company was acquired by Lumeon, Inc., a
Canadian Company in May 2001 and I was offered the position of National Sales Manager to be based in New York City but chose to
