the company assets, including budgeting, P/L, HR, training, supply chain,

region. Represent region on all food-related matters, including costs and

controls, new product roll-outs, training, health department compliance,

departments. Supervise 32 Managers, 8 key employees and 520+ Associates.

. Beat budgeted sales goal by $395K+ and put $169K+ (42.8%) to the

bottom-line in 2010.

. Exceeded budgeted sales goal by $13K+ and put $97K+ (100%+ flow-

thru) to the profit-line through April of 2011.

recognition for fewest complaints companywide.

- Cut food cost variances by ~60% in 2011 through the implementation of

food cost improvements in 2 areas.

- Maintained second lowest Associate turnover rate in the company in
