plans on weekly and quarterly basis to ensure appropriate benefit coverage

staff. Analyzed Leave of Absence reports and provided recommendations to

Human Resources and management.

Presented employee benefits section of new hire orientation to all Hoag new

hires. Administered leave of absence process and paperwork for employee

Developed communication pieces related to employee benefits. Acted as
