Manuals (for owners of newly constructed buildings). Negotiated shipping rates

NOTE: Dense-Pac went public in January ’86 trading on NASDAQ and also started
up an offshore manufacturing facility in Puerto Rico. The company then filed
bankruptcy (Chapter 11) in February ’87 and recovered with the assistance of a
European investor. The company came out of Chapter 11 in October ’87. These
events led to daily dealings with attorneys, stockholders, etc., as well as extensive
public relations.
