I am currently working with Fannie Mae as a Sr. Business/Technical Analyst

on the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) project. The project will

facilitate the delivery of electronic appraisal report data to Fannie Mae.

The appraisal data will provide Fannie Mae a more comprehensive assessment

of collateral risk.
