PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Feb ’11-PRESENT I took a family leave of absence trying to adopt a teenage daughter from a single-mom, former high

school classmate, who needed my help.

GENERATIONAL EQUITY, Dallas, TX ~ Jun ’10 to Feb ‘11

Senior Business Advisor

Cold call, prospect and develop relationships with owner(s) of middle market businesses to get them in front of our M & A

veterans, to present and assess if both companies are a good fit to become partners in a 1-5 year process of taking their

company to market. I had developed a strong relationship with Generational Equity father/son owners, John and Ryan

Binkley, with previous attempt at breaking into the Oil & Gas drilling business, Generational Capital Markets. As a SBA, I

broke every call time record in the company’s history on several accounts, also in production was ranked up at 6 th out of

107 SBA’s; as well my conversion to client rate was over 34%, 10% is the average. Once my effort caught on as “cool”

the company average went from less than 2 hours to over 3 hours/day. I took a family leave of absence trying to

adopt a teenage daughter from a single-mom, former high school classmate, who needed my help.

EVOLVE SECURITIES, Dallas, TX ~ Feb ’10 to May ‘10

Recruiter/Business Development/Realtor

Returned for temporary assignment with doing Office sub-leasing, sales, recruiting series 7 brokers and/or Financial

Advisors, as well as did Due Diligence legal opinions for not only PPM’s but also for potential partner companies, this was

the core of my tasks, but I rolled up my sleeves and did other assignments as needed.

NOBLES AND RICHARDS, Coppell, TX (Branch Office) ~ Oct ’09 to Feb ‘10

Our branch office was separated for only doing Royalty sales, no high-risk wildcat drilling projects were out of our office. I

ended up selling $167,500 (I actually sold $192,500k but I elected to return $25k in checks, so I could allow my coworker

to have his one $25k sale; he had got me the interview for this job in the first place). I was trained under the most

successful Oil & Gas salesman in US History, Rob Stanley, he is a friend and former trainer of mine from ALS and also he

was providing the royalty programs from his other endeavors. The owner had inherited this branch from his new wife’s ex-

husband’s death 12 months prior and was just not willing to continue so he shut the doors for personal reasons.

AMEREST SECURITIES, Dallas, TX ~ Oct ’09 to Oct ‘09

Worked for three weeks and they had many issues that raised red flags to me personally, plus I got offered a job at Nobles

and Richards 3 miles from home and training with Rob Stanley daily. I had developed sixteen new, qualified potential

clients, and thought they were being sent the PPM’s, but the receptionist was only sending our limited remaining PPM’s to

the VP’s leads; in our highly regulated industry this is illegal so I left.

GENERATIONAL CAPITAL MARKETS, Dallas, TX ~ Jan ’09 to Oct ‘09

This was an upstart attempt by several of my former Employers, and I was part of the ground floor team. First we tried an

Oil & Gas exploration/drilling program, I saw some issues with PPM and I warned something was not right; and after

several months & back and forths with the Team of Attorneys this proved true and we aborted. We then switched to a

mega Royalty program in Oil & Gas but it was much too complex for any of us to get correct numbers to agree on and we

spent many months correcting and re-correcting, but after many false starts the Company decided to wind down in July.

This industry is so heavily regulated you cannot afford to publish false statements or numbers even by accident, the

consequences are too severe. I decided to stay into October trying to make it work, but as it eventually turned out the

Royalties they purchased had been sold twice, so GCM ended up in court for well over a year sorting it all out, everyone

of us was gone by Thanksgiving except Aaron to handle legal issues till they were resolved.

AFFILIATED FINANCIAL SERVICES merged to EVOLVE SECURITES, Dallas, TX ~ Aug ’07 to Dec ‘08

Worked under a wide array of capacities, the first of which was taking an upstart to open doors for selling Oil & Gas

program by Thanksgiving weekend. I was Principle of Record, I was lead Broker, Recruiter, Marketer, and wrote 39

rewrites of the PPM plus wrote employee handbook, trained sales and did cold calling too. However, due to under-funding

and less then ethical behavior by Issuer, I was forced as Principle of Record to make the decision to close their doors and

sit for a 2 hour deposition with the SEC and Texas State Securities Board. I stayed on with Evolve doing recruiting,

sales, and legal due diligence for Ken Shade until we tried a new upstart that was a stand-alone Oil & Gas Company (See

above: Generational Capital Markets) and Ken was dually licensed as VP/CCO for both Evolve and for Generational

Capital Markets

MIDDLEKAUFF FORD, Plano, TX ~ Feb ’07 to Aug ‘07

Returned to sell/lease New cars, handle Saleen Mustang sales, work Trade Shows, Internet sales and train “Walk-Around”

and closing techniques until I broke my right lower leg. After recovery was messed up, it made working the lot nearly

unbearable (I did Customer satisfaction survey calls from home during recovery for my employment) I was at the same

time offered a Principle position for an upstart Oil & Gas Company through licensing with my old boss Ken Shade.

AMERICAN LANDMARK SECURITIES & PRODIGY OIL and GAS, Irving, TX ~ Jan ’06 to Feb ‘07

I was an Oil & Gas Securities Broker licensed with both series 63 & 22. Worked for both ALS, Inc. and Prodigy Oil & Gas

simultaneously under Ken Shade; I made cold calls to find Accredited and suitable investors to invest minimum of $25k for

both retail and industrial oil and gas drilling programs. Before I left, I trained two newly licensed brokers on maximizing

daily dial numbers, learning to grab their attention, and I more than doubled their output in a very short amount of training.

LINEBACK ENTERPRISES (also D & M Auto Leasing/Autoflex Leasing), Dallas, TX ~ Aug ’04 to Jan ‘06

Was an Auto Leasing Manager in charge of entire lease process from qualifying customers from internet leads and phone-

ins, I would structure their leases from A-Z, obtain bank approval, execute contracts, as well as locating, negotiating,

purchasing and delivering the vehicle with maximum profits. I specialized in Porsche 911’s but did everything from

Lamborghini to Toyota, but exotic & highline cars were my forte.

FREEMAN TOYOTA, Hurst, TX ~ Feb ’04 to Aug ‘04

I was a New Car Sales Associate I received permission from GM to start a new Grant Cardone program called “Up-n-

Show”, as well as did closing for other associates. I took 3rd in our Regional “Walk-Around Competition” after only 45 days

with Toyota, placed first in my store to qualify, Toyota executives said they would use several of my “catch phrases” like, “If

you don’t get under a truck to check it out you’re simply buying a paint job, but if you’re going to buy a paint job, might as

well buy a Toyota, it’s the best paint on the market!” My best month I helped close over 20 deals outside of my own.

SELF-EMPLOYED, Carrollton, TX ~ Aug ’02 to Feb ‘04

Included Smart Travel, Pre-paid Legal, Co-co Sports officiating (both Slow Pitch Softball and Basketball) and helped

friend re-structure his Ware House Distribution business (Midway Beauty)

MIDDLEKAUFF FORD, Plano, TX ~ Feb ’01 to Aug ‘02

New Car Sales associate was also paid to train “walk around” to the new sales people. I handled the Saleen sales as

well as the e-leads from Saleen; also was selected for every trade show, both Saleen and Ford. Also was right hand man

for Lease renewals Roy Poindexter.

THE CLUB AT RUNAWAY BAY, Runaway Bay, TX ~ Mar ’99 to Feb ‘01

Asst. Golf Pro & Teaching Pro, ran the Pro shop and golf course for four months alone when Head Pro and 1 st Asst both

left; Head Pro left due to 3rd consecutive annual pay cut, and the first Asst had an opportunity to work an IPO with his Dad.

From the start, I gave lessons, ran tournaments, ran the golf course for players also did retail sales and merchandizing. I

was on staff with Wilson Golf equipment for one and a half years; and worked on my game at a rate of roughly 500

rounds per year, I ended with a best handicap of 0.1.

WESTIN SALISHAN GOLF RESORT, Gleneden Beach, OR ~ Aug ’96 to Mar ‘99

I was a waiter in the informal dining room, “The Sunroom” at the 5-Star, 5-Diamond, world-renowned Golf Resort outside

Lincoln City OR. I had to work from the ground up starting in housekeeping, a dish washer, asst. waiter in the Formal

“Dining Room“, banquet server and breakfast busser before being promoted to Head Waiter for dinner. I broke the former

sales/tips record by more than double doing proper upselling and developing regular customers. Also volunteered and

became a two-time Westin nominated, award winning, editor/chief writer of the in-house rag called “ Roomers”. I also spent

30-40 hours per week developing my golf game to eventually become a teaching pro.
