Industry. As the HR Director I was accountable for all internal Human Resources functions as well as managing

the client service needs for more than 3,000 clients in 26 states. I am known for advanced knowledge and

functionality in compliance and employment law as well as managing the risks, allegations and claims that arise

Risk Manager and Best Practice Consultant for employer practices. Trainer and mentor for management team and

executives for 10 properties in Florida and Georgia. I successfully reduced HGI’s SUTA tax rate from $2.70/100 to

$.10/100 in sixteen months saving the company nearly $200,000.00 annually. Contract successfully completed.

Director of Human Resources - 2/1995-1/2007.

Accountability for all Human Resources Internal department functions and managed the clients care and services for more

than 3,000 client companies across the US. I reported directly to the SRVP of Operations and supervised 20 Human

Resources team members and an additional 5 Operations Managers. I also supported four multi-state operations sites.

I received the Vision Award during my employment with Sunshine Companies while working with the President and the

National Sales Director by implementing a captive sales team. My part and with the valuable assistance of our IT

Department was to train all core knowledge to sales executives, operations associates and improve operations process

and service through better training and the expansion of our services menu. The company's annual base revenues grew

from$100 million to over $400 million in less than five years and during that time we achieved top twenty national

ranking. Additionally, I served as the corporate gatekeeper for all corporate and client challenges and achieved zero

litigated claims for nine consecutive years while serving in that position.
