. Communicating with exhibitors the rules and regulations, move-in/out

schedules and procedures for ordering equipment for all shows.

. Working with all approved contractors to communicate needs for given

show; track expenses to budget and reconcile invoices at end of event.

. Responsible for the collection of information from internal

during show time.

. Organize the Expocad environment.

. Developing, approving and publishing Expocad floor plans for

internal/external use.

. Monitor progress of leasing staff during sales efforts through

Expocad.

. Provide training and technical support to leasing staff to address any

issues regarding setup, placement and renting of temporary booths.

. Communicating with GES - CAD contractor about the development of floor

plans.

. Relaying floor plans to GES show managers and GES decorators.

. Maintain Expocad document archive and retrieval for projects.

. Developing and distributing floor plans to management, executives and

contractors for DMC managed tradeshows outside of DMC campus.
