. Follow quality control measures within the workgroup to ensure the
highest level of accuracy prior to billing. Consult with Operations
and accounts Services team when assistance with an assessment decision
is needed.
. Send correspondence or call the customer to secure value data on
accounts requiring additional information according to departmental
work practices.
. Accurately calculate releases and re-bill information by providing
full documentation to validate the calculation and assessment decision
made with 100% accuracy. Forward information to Supervisor for review.
