Objective
To obtain a position with an organization that recognizes and understands
that it is not the type of hardware, software, or even the technical skills
of its team that determines its effectiveness. Instead, it is a team of
individuals with a collective commitment to understanding the needs of the
business that it supports that ultimately defines its success. If this is
your organization then I would very much like the opportunity to visit with
you. I would also be happy to provide a list of references if you would
like to know more about me both professionally and personally.

I was a delivery support executive for IBM Global Services Strategic
Outsourcing's division from July 2000 thru October 2010. I was responsible
for service delivery of multiple customer contracts with annual revenues
exceeding 12 Million US Dollars. I had responsibility for overall
simultaneous management of the delivery of contracted IT services to
multiple customer accounts. This included managing the day-to-day

delivered, both service level agreement and service level objective
management/reporting, and contract profitability. The contracted services
for which I had delivery responsibility included support for mainframe and
distributed hardware monitoring, mainframe and distributed operations and
tape operations, system scheduling, mainframe technical support for system
level software, mainframe network software, and problem and change
management. My service delivery responsibilities also included ensuring
business controls such as audit readiness and regulatory compliancy were
being executed on a continual basis.
In addition to the day-to-day support of service delivery I also filled the
role of project manager. Past projects include numerous (six)
transitions/consolidations of the customer's IT environment to the IBM
Service Delivery Center at contract initiation and customer relocation from
one IBM Data Center to another. These datacenter transitions/consolidations
included infrastructure inventory and mapping of mainframe, server, and
network primary and DR environments. All of these projects included
management of multifunction teams, communication planning, and risk
management. Additional projects managed included facility infrastructure
activities impacting customers, mainframe/distributed hardware installs and
field upgrades, system and network software installation and upgrades, and
changes to the Operations and Tape Operations environments.
In addition to my service delivery and project management responsibilities
I also worked closely with the IBM marketing teams to grow revenue buy
identifying and closing on opportunities with both current and new
customers.

industries included banking, manufacturing, and telecommunications with
applications ranging respectfully from Home Mortgage and Warranty"; to

customers. I was responsible for ensuring all deliverables were met on
time and with a high degree of quality. My duties included building and
meeting schedules, tracking and reporting hours, staffing my teams, and
overseeing the execution of the IBM methodology for the projects. Total
contract values exceeded 25 Million US Dollars in revenue. The
environments ranged from Computer Mainframe, Midrange and Distributed UNIX

interfaced heavily with sub contracting firms as I scheduled and conducted
interviews to meet the staffing requirements of the respective projects
that in some cases included over eighty personnel.

customers on CD-ROM and Diskette. I also created a program that can
convert Tag Information File Format(TIFF) images to binary format. This
provided the invoice processing system the capability to place icons on the
