I was responsible for receiving all incoming calls, assisting our
customers, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching all service
calls to proper service tech. I was laid off due to the company's wanting
to down size the payroll.

Sales Division Coordinator
It was my responsibility to receive and process all new equipment sales and
upgrade sales from our service technicians, or through in-bound calls to
our Change Out Department. I would order the equipment, schedule the
installation with the customer, and assign a crew to complete the
installation. I would then follow up to make sure everything was
satisfactory with our customer. As a result, I developed a close working
relationship with our Service Technicians, Installation Crews, our vendors,
and shipping/receiving department. I began my career at Tempo as a
dispatcher in our service department, within seven months; I was promoted
to Sales Division Coordinator, in our Change Out Department.

I began my employment in the sales department. I would go door to door in
assigned residential areas, and sign up new customers for Arrowhead.
Within a few months, I was promoted to a Customer Service Representative in
our office. My job was to answer incoming calls, dispatch Route Sales
Drivers to any requests for additional water, and inform them of any new
customers to their route.
