Project Engineer with 26 years experience specializing in project
development, energy engineering, design engineering, site inspection,
and commissioning of K-12 schools, green buildings, commercial
buildings, municipal buildings, recreation centers, ice skating
resorts, hospitals, airports, tunnel & transportation facilities,
wastewater treatment plants, and steel mill facilities. Technical
expertise in areas that include identifying condition, age, and
efficiency of equipment, controls, building automation systems (BAS),

1. Performed Energy Audits assessing MEP Equipment, Building
Envelope, and Building Automation Systems for Fire & Police
Stations and Training Facilities, Public Works Divisions,
Recreational Centers, Ice Skating Resort, and Senior Centers for
the City of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA, K-12 Saint Mary's
Schools in St. Mary's, PA, K-12 Wilson County Schools in
Lebanon, TN, and the West Virginia D.O.C. while working at
Cosmos Technologies and at Johnson Controls Inc.
2. Commissioning - Wrote functional performance testing forms for
split HVAC systems (ERUs, Heat Pumps, and AHUs), mini split
systems (evaporator and condensing units), and laboratory fume
hoods for the Pittsburgh Science and Technology Academy in
Pittsburgh, PA while working at Cosmos Technologies Inc.

Transportation Authority (MBTA) Redundant Elevator Project in
