> Marketing- Successfully led several projects from concept to consumer.

Leadership involvement included market analysis, product design,

> Project Management - Built and consumer-tested a multiple-product

package. Project required cooperation from three separate product

factories with full departmental participation including: Compliance,

and IT Services. Build included design and contracting of a third party

sales support center, which integrated the multiple products for a single

face to producer and consumer. Utilized New Product Testing and Six
