Establish, maintain, and manage land development budgets from the initial

and non-structural retaining walls, and all site landscaping.
I monitored all site development contractors for adherence to OSHA
standards.
Projects
Teufel Nursery Property (Developed as Willamette Ridge)
50 Acres 1300 Units
This project included public infrastructure improvements to Barnes Road on
the south and Cornell Road to the north. Included also was an extensive
THPRD parks development. I also managed the removal of underground diesel
storage tanks and removal of contaminated soils along with several deep
well abandonments. I worked closely with Craig Ware of GeoDesign to satisfy
all DEQ
remediation requirements. The project bordered sensitive wetlands, which
required substantial wetland mitigation work and governmental
documentation. I worked hand in hand with Mirth Walker from SWCA
Environmental Consultants to complete the mitigation work.
Project Development Budget $29,800,000.00
Progress Quarry (Developed as Progress Ridge)
24 Acres 750 Units
This project required the relocation of a portion of a State Highway. The
new alignment included the crossing of a sensitive creek in two locations
with extensive wetland monitoring and mitigation. Public infrastructure
improvements included over two miles of new public streets, sanitary,
storm, and water improvements, and development of a 12 Acre lake and parks
facilities. The site was built over an abandoned rock quarry site.

This site was built over a refuse dump site with DEQ approval. I managed in
conjunction with the geotechnical firm I contracted with, the remediation
plan, which included monitor wells for methane gas and foundation membrane
installations. The site required the building of surcharge fills and
settling plate survey to assure proper building load soil support. Public
improvements included streets, sanitary, storm, water, and water treatment
facilities.
