In this position, I manage five direct reports and seven additional employees, overseeing

upwards of forty active, concurrent projects with an aggregate valuation of $9 12M. The

departments include project managers, engineers, salesmen, IT staff, and consultants.

Significantly reduced the number of “bad win” projects by applying and analyzing a set

of metrics on previous projects thereby identifying unfavorable jobs before bid

Nearly doubled project award hit rate by improving labor processes and costs

Implemented a 95% standardization system designed to improve consistency and

eliminate superfluous work resulting from each project’s unique specifications

Developed strategy to reduce annual computing budget requirements by over 40% while

increasing mean computing speed

Formula SAE is an international competition that challenges students to design and build a

single seat racecar from the ground up. The project involves fund raising, budgeting, design,

procurement, manufacturing, and testing, culminating in a race held annually in Michigan.

purpose built racecar for an international collegiate engineering competition
