Acted as a field surveyor on a short term fast paced
project to complete 166 SuperAmerica
ALTA surveys in 60 days for sale purposes. Project was
completed ahead of schedule.

Licensed Surveyor (crew chief) on all types of Xcel
Energy survey projects from Dec. 07 to Feb. 09 utilizing
Trimble RTK GPS with TDS software, Sokkia Total Stations
on UTM, state plane or county coordinate
systems. Perform field computations, construction
staking and download/upload data files into computer.
From Mar. 01 to Dec. 07 assisted with directing, coordination and
administration of Xcel Energy survey
projects relative to electrical and gas energy. This included
electric transmission centerline and distribution
lines, power plants, substation topographies and gas pipeline
facilities and right of way surveys. Scheduled
and supervised 3 Xcel survey field crews. Researched and setup
project files. Drafted completed surveys,
computation sheets and stakeout reports with CAD. Revised record
and time keeping system. Assisted
other departments and personnel with complex survey and boundary
related issues, writing easements,
preparation and review of legal documents. Contacted outside
consulting firms for proposals, reviewed
proposals, assisted with contract administration. Reviewed and
verified boundary surveys, internally and
externally prepared. Signed boundary surveys and plats on projects.
