Duties include transcription of all dictation prepared by

the attorneys, preparation of legal documents including

pleadings, discovery and settlements, scheduling

. This was a part-time position originating as support for

the customer service representative in the Dallas office of

a Minnesota printing operation. Duties included all back

office functions comprised of tracking and confirming

timely deliveries of the billboards, invoicing and

verifying payments. Prepared Excel spreadsheets to track

production, shipments and invoicing of large jobs. When the

customer service representative left the company, I filled

the position on an interim basis until a replacement could

be hired. Additional duties then included estimating and

entering all production jobs into the Hagen system,

preparing the shipping documents and scheduling shipments.

2000-2001 EZ2Get.com Dallas, TX

. From a position as temporary controller with a client while

at Lasky, Hawbaker, I was hired as the controller at

EZ2Get. Duties included overseeing an accounting

department of approximately ten personnel, including

accounts payable, receivable, and restaurant payables.

Served as the liaison between all thirty offsite operations

and their corresponding restaurants. Was responsible for

scheduling the payment of approximately 1,000 restaurants

per month. Was also responsible for all monthly

reconciling and reporting requirements to investors. Was

heavily involved in training all location personnel in

proper accounting and reporting procedures.

. Duties included preparation of individual, corporate,

partnership and fiduciary income tax returns, handling of

audits from planning to report preparation, and review and

compilation work. Was also involved in litigation support

in compiling, analyzing and presenting information to be

used in expert witness testimony.
