? I attended McHenry County College to pursue an automotive degree in 2008,

at the same time taking a basic welding program they had called "Welding

Boot Camp". From there I transferred to Elgin Community College and

attended their welding program.

Work Experience

08/10- 07/11 Nissan Forklift company north America, Marengo, IL

Built Nissan Forklifts, specializing in gas and hydraulic tanks

Hired on a temporary full time basis to fabricate and construct gas tanks,

hydraulic tanks, motor mounts, drive plates and other small miscellaneous

parts.

Responsibilities included welding, fabricating, use of measuring tools such

as tape measures and squares, assembling, grinding, pressure testing, and

quality control.

5/09- 08/09 Sherwin Williams powder coat manufacturing

Large for profit company specializing in all types of paint such as indoor,

outdoor, and high tension industrial powder coating.

Hired through Workplace on a temporary full time basis to operate cranes,

extruders and routine maintenance on machines.

Responsibilities included cleaning, power washing, sample testing,

measuring out different paint tint to slowly increase the viscosity of the

paint, and brighten up or dim down the color of the paint.

07/08- 12/09 Monterey Security, Chicago, IL

Large for profit company specializing in security for soldier field,

Toyota Park, Charter One Pavilion, Sears Center, and small private events.

Hired on a part time basis to serve and protect different areas of large

public facilities.

Responsibilities included floor awareness, customer service, crowd control

and training new employees.

4/09-8/09 Chicago Area Security Systems, Des Plaines, IL

Small for profit company specializing in home and business protection.

Hired on a part time basis for summer break in between school terms.

Responsibilities included running wire, running conduit, hooking up low

voltage power and assisted the other installers from the ground and sky if

needed.
