SUMMARY:
On a daily basis, I perform administrative duties utilizing vast legal terminology, procedures,
and documents, prepare legal documents and correspondence, such as complaints, motions,
responses, replies, and subpoenas, and assist with legal research. I have excellent

effectively manage the calendar of 3 busy attorneys. Throughout the day I scheduling
meetings, schedule travel arrangements, answer phones, managing databases, disseminating
information (through email and internal memos), creating spreadsheets, generating reports,
ordering equipment, and working with clients or customers. I answer and screen calls,
maintain calendars, make photocopies and send faxes, assist in the preparation of
presentations, maintain files, prepare expense reports, and assist attorneys with research
projects. I have also helped new associates how to prepare documents for submission to the
courts. I often work with other staff at all levels in the firm and am a team player and I also
possess a well-developed sense of humor. I am comfortable in a fast-paced office and am able
