PIERCAN USA contract was going to start 3/2009. So I worked a small
project for (PYR) to re-align their suppliers and project managers to
contract and SSPC QP1 requirements. The company's production
bottlenecks and constraints were addressed, by conducting root cause
analysis using the 5 Why Analysis. I develop efficient processes to
ensure production scheduling (Gant charts) were meeting contract
