. Developed employee safety programs in house.

. OSHA - Lock out Tag Out Program. (Cost savings to company was

. Was able to implement an in house solvent recovery program which had
an 80% recovery rate of all press wash. This resulted in an annual

resulted in significant cost savings in overall manufacturing costs
and postal discounts for customer.
. Delegation of material procurement in a cost saving manner for each
incoming job.
. Work very closely with production coordinators from publishing houses
to insure a timely and cost effective completion.

. Create and apply impositions and layouts that achieve maximum
productivity and quality for our customers, resulting in manufacturing
cost reduction used in estimating.
. Effectively and cost efficiently troubleshoot each job for potential
problems when it is received so that customer is not faced with delays

. Proactively monitor and maintain printing facility in a cost effective

. Negotiate freight contracts. (was able to procure up to 58% discounts
with Federal Express and UPS)

. Established and led daily department head production meetings (6:00 AM
every morning.) This enabled me to keep all departments up to date
