Regional Property Manager
My responsibilities include the direct management of nine multifamily
properties - 710 units. I also oversaw an area manager with three multi-
family properties - 346 units. This includes four properties that are
scattered single family homes. Two properties are designated for residents
aged 55+. All properties were tax credit programs.
Major responsibilities included
. Prepare action plans to insure NOI performance was achieved
. Monitor rent collection efforts, including accounts receivable, bad
debt, evictions, and the timely approval of write-offs
. Monitor potential liability issues and ensure that risk management
exposure is minimized
. Manage the personnel efforts for on-site property managers and assist
with staffing issues for other site positions
. Insure that property staff adheres to all company and tax program
compliance rules and regulations. Review resident lease files for due
diligence to insure compliance of these regulations
. Communicate with Asset Manager or other owner representatives.
