and Six Sigma tools and training programs, lean maturity assessment,

and web based lean portfolio management, which resulted in $7.5M

operational excellence cost savings.

2. Implemented enterprise wide supplier scorecard, certified operator and

certified supplier programs, supplier KANBAN and Vendor Managed

Inventory (VMI) with domestic and Low Cost Country (LCC) strategic

suppliers, which resulted in $15M reduction in material spent and 20%

increase in inventory turns; developed and executed enterprise wide

standardized common business metrics and a comprehensive review

process, resulted in 20% improvement in safety, 98% on-time delivery

and fill rate, 99.9% quality, and $15M productivity gains.
