has a combined total capacity of 115,000 to 120,000 lines.

Responsible in initiating a weekly/monthly coordination

meeting between engineering and implementing group - outside

plant pertaining ongoing and upcoming projects

. Conducts engineering and feasibility studies, prepares work

orders for the creation of cable facilities (cafac) utilizing

existing cafac necessary to serve a certain locality.

. Re-engineered numerous cable facilities which were relieved

by the expansion program to areas without cafac.

. Participated in the weekly coordination meeting (on behalf of

PLDT) with the Technical Infrastructure Committee (TIC) - a

government created agency tasked to oversee all projects of

all utility firms and other government agencies. Principal

negotiator in securing right-of-way permits from any

concerned government agencies.

. Oversee / monitor Ericson (Foreign Contractor) the

contractor, during the implementation stage of the expansion

project named X6 Project. Alcatel also foreign contractor

for the X5C expansion program.

. Completed the position papers for the affected outside plant

facilities within Mandaue Exchange for the proposed Light

Railway Transit (LRT) within Metro Cebu.

. Represented in the negotiation for the Joint Pole Agreement

between PLDT and Southern Leyte Electric Cooperative and the

Bohol Cable Television. Once assigned in the provinces of

Bohol, Leyte and Samar to conduct ocular inspection/survey

for the Outside Plant facilities.

. Completed the position papers for the proposed cable

facilities to serve the Northwestern Portion of Mandaue

Exchange not covered by the X6 Expansion Program undertaken

by Ericson.

. Engineered the relocation/re-construction of five (5)

outside plant facilities which were affected by the road

widening project initiated by Metro Cebu Development Project

(MCDP) along A.S. Fortuna St., M. L. Quezon St.,Plaridel St.,

Mandaue Causeway and M. J. Cuenco Ave . and the

relocation/re-construction of PLDT outside plant facilities

affected by road widening initiated by Metro Cebu Development

Project (MCDP) from Tipolo Bridge up to Fly-over.

. Handled all Joint Pole Users Agreement applications prior to

endorsement to ultimate approving authority.

. Once assigned to Camotes Island to conduct ocular inspection

and assessment of the existing of the existing outside plant

facilities.

. Completed the position papers for the proposed cable

facilities of a Sub-Exchange (Consolacion).

. Designed ca no. 09 and re-engineered cable 21 to augment

additional facilities to northern portion of the exchange and

into the city proper respectively.

. Improved the cable extensions to provide cable facilities to

an Export Processing Zone in Mactan Island, Lapulapu City,

Metro Cebu.

. Once assigned to the Municipalities of Bais and Tanjay,

Negros Oriental to conduct ocular inspection / survey for
