Designed, Developed, Implemented, and Project Managed the restart of CBRE’s college recruiting process
specifically created for a new elite rotational program targeting future and recent grads from 34 top ranked
universities. Independently working with the Senior-most Executive in CB’s 6 largest markets, executed plan
to establish relationships with strategically researched schools and actively recruit 25 exceptional real estate
focused students. Practice leader for hiring teams and perspective students ensuring professional, consistent

Accomplishments:
• Managed program’s recruiting process end-to-end; directly reviewed over 2600 applications; managed 3
contract recruiters who conducted 472 phone screens; reviewed and recommended top 10% of

Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract)
W orking directly with VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers, recruited to direct and manage an IT operations
relocation project for the World’s Largest Commercial Real Estate Services firm. This 3 month project was
focused on relocating CBRE’s IT department using a full life-cycle process including developing strategy,
resource evaluation and recommendation, and metric capture and analysis. Positions are focused on
PeopleSoft and JD Edwards Analysts and Developers. Supplemental support for all positions within IT

Managed end-to-end recruiting process for direct hire, contract-to-hire, and contract positions focused on
high-level Information Technology positions for Bridgeview IT, a national technical staffing agency. Prior to
Bridgeview IT acquiring Apariant in May of 2009, hired to manage and grow the Denver office with a new
focus on Information Technology. Responsible for daily production of 1 remote recruiter and 1 business
development manager while providing recruitment solutions to personal clients such as Denver Health,
Integrated Asset Services, and National CineMedia. Drove client requisitions by consulting and selling
services to hiring Managers, Directors and VPs.
Accomplishments:
• Spear-headed project to incorporate Social Media and Web 2.0 technologies into daily recruiting
process. From project conception researched social technology landscape, designed, and architected a
Social Media Recruitment and Networking system with the purpose of marketing to, attracting, and
retaining high-level technology professionals. During off-hours developed Interface and content for
corporate Facebook, Twitter, and Blog pages which increased BVI’s career website traffic by over
4000%.
