Administrative Officer

* Receive orders for computer softwares, licenses, parts, and equipment for purchase via email.

* Process orders by getting item and freight quotations. Send orders to vendors based on best

competitive prices. Prepare wire transfers for remittance of payment. Maintain needed follow

ups for orders on backorder.

* Update customers on status of orders.

* Label boxes for shipment and prepare custom forms for shipments.

* Enter Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, create Invoices, update Customers and Vendors, receive

payments, and send out payments using Peachtree Accounting. Maintain cash flow.

* Create and mail out checks to local and off island vendors.

* Lookout for BIDS, pick up BIDS and participate in sourcing items indicated on BIDS.
